Meet Your Trainer/owner: Lisa
Lisa founded Studio U to share her passion for health and fitness by providing safe, effective and efficient workouts in an energetic, relational and professional manner.
Lisa has been involved in the fitness industry for many years and understands the major benefits of consistent exercise and strength training. Like many of us that experience physical changes, Lisa has experienced a variety of health challenges through the years such as herniated disks and hypothyroidism. With consistent exercise and strength training she continues to be able to overcome these challenges and be the best she can possibly be! Lisa specializes in results-driven strength and conditioning as well as nutrition coaching.
She lives it and loves it!

Kim has over 25 years of personal weight training experience. She is passionate about helping others to reap the many benefits of consistent strength and conditioning workouts. She loves feeling happy, confident and strong and wants to help others feel the same way!
Kim has lived in the Clarks Summit community for 19 years. Having had her career in managing medical office practices, she understands the importance of moving our bodies and performing weight bearing exercises to increase lean muscle, bone density and to avoid unhealthy weight gain. “If you don’t use it, you lose it!”
Kim’s goal is to: “Help people who “hate” exercise to fall in love with fitness!”

Meet Your Trainer: frank
Frank loves developing people and equipping them to thrive. He believes that people can change, grow, and achieve their goals. He has also been a lifelong athlete, loves competition, believes in a team concept, and is goal and results driven.
The combination of all these attributes along with a desire to be a life-long learner is what led Frank to become a Certified Personal Trainer at Studio U Fitness.
When asked what he enjoys most about being a personal trainer, Frank said, “I enjoy motivating and encouraging people to believe they can accomplish what they set their minds to do.”
